About Maayapath
MaayaPath is a phase-based wellness product designed to support women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and hormonal cycles using structured naturopathic care.

Business Problem
Women navigating fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum lacked a single trusted platform. Existing solutions were fragmented, overly clinical, or emotionally disconnected, making it difficult to find reliable guidance and stay engaged.
My role
As a team, we collaborated to brainstorm, solve problems, conduct research, and analyze data, allowing us to identify and understand the users' needs and challenges. I worked closely with wellness experts, and real users to co-create a digital space that feels emotionally safe, rooted in naturopathy, and clear in its purpose.
Constraints
Highly sensitive user group requiring emotional and trust-driven design
No expert consultations product relied entirely on content and structure
Wide scope across multiple life stages with different user needs
Need to balance informational depth with simplicity

The Problem
Modern wellness now either it’s offline or online often overlook the emotional and physiological depth of a woman’s motherhood journey. From TTC to postpartum, women face scattered information, cold clinical tools, and emotionally unsafe online spaces. Without personalized guidance, many struggle to trust generalized remedies or feel truly supported. My role

The Solution
MaayaPath is a phase-based wellness app rooted in naturopathy, created to gently support women through TTC, pregnancy and postpartum.
It offers personalized roadmaps, expert-backed remedies, community support circles, and trusted articles.
The result is a calm, intuitive space where natural healing feels personal, not clinical. My role

Design Process
My goal was to design an natural healing trusted wellness platform tailored for modern Indian women, rooted in naturopathy but with the simplicity of clean tech.

Design strategy
The design strategy ensures a supportive, natural, and emotionally safe experience that aligns with real needs of women across all stages of motherhood. Build for iOS, android & responsive website.

User Research
Through user research, we gathered insights from 100+ women across different motherhood phases to understand their wellness needs and digital behavior. The data revealed strong interest in structured natural solutions, emotional safety, and phase-specific guidance.

Quantitative surveys
Quantitative surveys helped us validate user needs at scale, revealing key patterns in wellness preferences, trust, and app expectations.

Competitive analysis
We conducted a feature-level and emotional-tone comparison across four wellness platforms like Healofy, iMummz, Mylo, and The Healthy Mummy to evaluate gaps in personalization, community safety, and natural healing integration. This helped us position MaayaPath as a structured, phase-wise, and emotionally safe alternative rooted in naturopathy.

User persona
Based on the research findings, I developed a user persona that represents key audiences and their specific challenges.

Empathy map
For the Empathy Map, I synthesized real user insights to capture their emotions, goals, and challenges across each motherhood phase. This helped align the app’s tone, features, and flow with their lived experiences.

User flow
I structured the IA to organize Maayapath’s features into clear, phase-based categories—making the experience intuitive, emotionally aligned, and easy to explore across all stages of motherhood.

Card sorting
We conducted a hybrid card sorting exercise to understand how our users group wellness features across motherhood phases. This helped us define intuitive navigation, reduce cognitive load, and align user mental models with Maayapath's core offerings.

Information Architecture
We structured the IA to organize Maayapath’s features into clear, phase-based categories making the experience intuitive, emotionally aligned, and easy to explore across all stages of motherhood.

Low Fidelity Wireframes
For Maayapath, we designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize core layouts, user flows, and content structure early in the process. These wireframes helped validate functionality and navigation before diving into visual design. It allowed quick iterations based on feedback, ensuring user needs stayed central.

High Fidelity Wireframes
The high-fidelity wireframes translated core ideas into polished UI screens with real content, refined typography, and Maayapath’s emotional brand tone to simulate the final user experience.

Usability Testing
We conducted usability tests through Maze and direct in-person observation to gather feedback on Maayapath’s functionality, clarity, and emotional resonance. This iterative process helped uncover friction points and improve the flow for women navigating different phases of motherhood.
